Very nice new wooden holiday home with a surface area of 90 m2 with a large covered terrace with a garden lounge area and a dining area with a plancha. The 750m2 garden is fully fenced. Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation in a neighborhood away from the center of Léon, 15 minutes walk from the center where you will find all the shops, fishmonger, butcher, many restaurants and a daily local market, bike rental, surf schools and a cinema. You can easily access the Vélodyssée cycle path to reach Lake Léon and the various beaches 7 or 8 km away.
For your comfort, this house is equipped with reversible underfloor heating.

The accommodation

Two bedrooms on the ground floor: the master bedroom (bright with a large bay window overlooking the garden) with a 160 bed and a large closet, and a bedroom with a 140 sofa bed that can also be used as a work space. (Free WiFi and satellite) A travel cot is available for babies.
A mezzanine accessible by a wooden staircase (mezzanine not recommended for children under 8 years old, closed by a safety barrier) including a rest, reading or play area.
1 separate bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, heated towel rail. Separate WC.
Sheets, bath and hand towels provided.
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo, classic filter coffee maker), opening onto a large living room with a full-height glass roof.
2 bay windows overlooking the different parts of the terrace and the garden, 700m2 garden.
